We recommend business casual attire for the educational sessions. Meeting rooms tend to be cool so please bring a blazer or sweater. Business Suit/Cocktail attire is recommended for the Ga1a event.

There is an opportunity to indicate such during the registration process.

DO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR GRADUATES OF PSOW?
Yes! Graduates of our traditional classroom courses (Protocol Officer Training, International Protocol Manager Training, Intercultural Etiquette and Protocol Training, Train to be a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant, Advanced International Protocol Course, and Business Image Coach) will receive a discount. Please select the Alumni Rate when you register.
What is included in my registration?
All scheduled events and meals (minus dinner on August 8) are included in your registration. Please review the program page for all scheduled events.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
Cancellations received prior to August 2 will be eligible for a refund, minus a $150 USD non-refundable registration fee.

Do you have a negotiated room rate at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner?
An exclusive rate at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner is available for Global Education Summit attendees. Reservations are first come first serve and can be made directly with the hotel. The deadline to reserve your room is July 23, 2024. Accommodations for nights outside of the event dates of August 7-10 are at the discretion of the hotel. Please visit the venue page for more details.

The Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is 16 miles from the hotel. The hotel is also accessible via an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station at 'Tysons Corner Station.'
