Vincent Feraud

Vincent Feraud embarked on his illustrious career in the culinary world as the Sommelier at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, where he quickly established himself as a connoisseur of fine wines and hospitality excellence. During his tenure, he curated the esteemed wine cellar of Maestro, the hotel's acclaimed restaurant, for seven years, fostering deep connections with patrons and guests.

Following the closure of Maestro in 2007, Feraud's passion for sharing his expertise and love of wine led to the inception of Vincent’s Wine Club Series. This exclusive series offers patrons an intimate and immersive culinary experience, where Feraud's expertise in wine is complemented by meticulously crafted food pairings prepared by the hotel's culinary team.

Under Feraud's guidance, Vincent’s Wine Club Series has evolved into a highly sought-after event, attracting the attention of top wine producers worldwide. The success of the series has further solidified Feraud's reputation as a leading authority in the industry.

Throughout his career, Feraud's dedication to excellence has been recognized with prestigious awards, including Wine Spectator magazine’s "Grand Award of Excellence'' and nominations for the James Beard Foundation's Wine Service Award. His innovative approach to wine presentation and hospitality garnered acclaim from the Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington, which honored him with the "Wine & Beverage Program of the Year'' award in 2005.

Prior to his tenure at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner, Feraud honed his skills at esteemed establishments such as L’Espinasse at the St. Regis in Washington, D.C., and Restaurant Jean-Louis in the Watergate Hotel, where he worked alongside culinary luminaries.

With a foundation rooted in his early training at the Chateau d’Esclimont Relais & Chateaux near the Loire Valley, Feraud's journey has taken him from Paris to Washington, D.C., where he continues to inspire and educate others through his passion for wine.

Beyond his professional achievements, Feraud remains committed to giving back to the community, participating in charitable initiatives such as Share our Strength’s Chefs on Bikes fundraiser.
